At CJACH Homecare & Cleaning, we believe in providing exceptional cleaning services to our customers while treating everyone with fairness and respect. To ensure a positive experience for everyone involved, we have established the following fair play policy:
Cancellation policy: We require notice of any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. If a client needs to cancel a cleaning appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Please note that pre-paid services are non-refundable, but we are happy to assist you in rescheduling your appointment to a more convenient time where extenuating circumstances apply.
Payment terms: For our regular customers, payment is due within 7 days of service, and we accept cash or bank deposit payments. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. For our end of lease customers, payment is required up front to secure booking.
Service hours: Our service hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 5:30pm. Services required outside of these hours may incur additional fees.
Respectful communication: We expect all communication between our staff and customers to be respectful and professional. Any abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated.
Quality of service: We strive to provide the highest quality of cleaning services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Privacy and security: We understand that your privacy and security are of utmost importance. We take great care to protect your personal information and valuables during the cleaning process.
Feedback and complaints: We welcome your feedback and take customer complaints seriously. If you have any concerns or issues with our services, please let us know and we will do our best to address them promptly.
